The hotel rooms are cheap and nice modern with a much wanted bath and a good view, for instance. The location is excellent and nice, 1 mile from Bailong Elevator.

We stayed here for 6 nights, it was perfect fit for our needs. Everything was perfectly fine, nonetheless a few employees were not that friendly.

Every time in Zhangjiajie, I choose this place. It is a gorgeous hotel and I enjoyed its well decorated rooms and top-class personnel.

During our recent stay at Niuguanjia Modern Guest House, we had a fantastic experience. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing valuable advice on exploring the area and avoiding crowds. We were even given a complimentary ride to the airport, which was a nice touch. The room itself was modern and clean, with an excellent shower, comfortable bed, and a great view. The location was also convenient, within walking distance to the cable car, ATM, and market. I highly recommend this hotel for its modern accommodations, friendly staff, and great value.

My room included TV with satellite channels, climate control, and a mini-fridge-bar. The location of the hotel was central, near to bus station, train station, cable station, convenience stores, restaurants, souvenir shops, and a restaurant...

Our Christmas stay was good in terms of location as it was very close to the bus, train, and airport stations. The staff was very helpful and provided us with great advice, bought tickets for us, and even served us tea. They offered free laundry service and helped us arrange our activities during our six-day stay. The beds were comfortable, with good linens and great pillows.

The hotel is starting to show signs of wear and tear, and it was a bit noisy at night due to the airport proximity. There was also noise from the trains and car/bus horns.

Friendly staff, clean room, convenient location near Tianmen mountain entrance, good variety of shops and restaurants nearby, comfortable bed and modern furnishings, discounted tickets and transportation assistance.

Additionally, the location was perfect, right next to the bus station in a quieter part of town, making it convenient to get around and explore the area.

All aspects of our stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

Spent my Xmas vacation at a new, well-decorated guesthouse with clean rooms and helpful staff. Very close to the bus station, making it easy to explore the nearby national parks. Plus, the guesthouse offers guides at a reasonable price and advice on exploring the parks. The owner was extremely helpful with maps and recommendations. Nearby food options included restaurants and a nice coffee shop. , the rooms were spacious and comfortable with AC and heating in excellent condition.

Although located close to public transportation, it was a bit of a trek to the Zhangjiajie National Forest. some train noise could be heard at night.

Additionally, being right next to the railway and bus stations was a major plus, making it convenient for travelers to arrive and depart. The staff was very friendly and helpful, offering valuable advice on touring the park and even providing a complimentary ride to the airport. it was a great value for money.

There were occasional noise issues due to poor sound isolation in the windows. The hotel was located in a busy area, with frequent honking from passing cars that could be loud and disruptive, especially during the night.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing a free pick-up service and excellent travel strategy, including helping us order tickets to Tianmen mountain. Our large, clean room was comfortable, and the hot air conditioner was always turned on in advance when we returned. We loved the location, near the bus station and just a short walk to the cable railway up to the mountain, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

The location was very convenient, with the guest house being a short walk from the bus and train stations. the guest house was situated on a high floor and offered a great view of the city. The owner was exceptionally nice and knowledgeable about the area, offering us helpful tips throughout our stay. We also appreciated the free laundry service and airport transfer offered by the guest house.

There were a few drawbacks to the guest house. The cleanliness was lacking in some areas, and we would have appreciated more attention to detail in this area.
